We are looking for a dedicated recruiter to join our driver resourcing team.

Recruiter Responsibilities:

Identifying present and future hiring needs.

Developing job descriptions and specifications.

Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.

Screening calls, conducting interviews/presentations and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.

Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.

Completing paperwork for new hires in a faced paced environment.

Promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good contractor opportunity.

Providing recruitment reports to team managers.

You should also monitor new and existing contractors and act as their advocate.

Recruiter Requirements:

Excellent communication skills, softphone calls skills and decision-making skills.

The ability to conduct different types of interviews/presentations.

Experienced in gig economy recruiting.

Driver recruiting experience.

Experience with recruitment processes and databases.

The ability to design and implement recruiting strategies.

Attention to detail.

Microsoft Office proficiency.

Salary:
£27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
