We are currently looking for an experienced administrator to join the attendance arm of the Inclusion Support Service (ISS).-As part of our busy attendance team, you will undertake a range of business support responsibilities and you will use your excellent communication skills to communicate confidently and professionally with enquiries from schools and parents.
At times, you will need to balance working under pressure to meet deadlines, with maintaining quality and attention to detail.
Administrative experience and IT skills are essential and your flexible approach to work will ensure you can adapt to changing priorities.
You will have strong organisational and communication skills, be flexible, highly organised with a professional attitude and enjoy working within a busy team.
Competent IT/keyboard and administrative skills are essential. Experience of working in a school environment preferable.As an administrative assistant you will need to be reliable, demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills, and understand the need to maintain confidentiality and GDPR regulations.
The ability to work with sensitivity in this fast paced and often demanding role is highly important.Additional Information:
