Sisley Counter, Harrods

Hours per week: 37.5 hours

Days per week: 5 days

As a beauty consultant with Sisley, you will conduct yourself as a brand ambassador, responsible for achieving the sales and KPI's within the team you work with.

Through your passion for the industry, you will demonstrate a positive approach to the brand and the customers

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE

Achieve predetermined targets as set by your line manager
Achievement of all KPI's as set by line manager
To advise by consultation therefore enhancing each sale
On counter services including make up tutorials, skin and hair care analysis
Booking of beauty room appointments
Increase customer database by recruiting new customers to the brand
Accurate completion in reporting on daily/weekly and monthly basis
Housekeeping on counter

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

The confidence to approach customers in store, via the data base and other departmental activities
Working in a collaborative way with colleagues both within the team and in store
Have great presentation, grooming and selfawareness
Reliability and flexibility within the requirements of the business

The salary and commission along with all additional benefits offered is competitive and will be discussed at initial meeting
