£28,322 - £33,143 per annum
Hours: 36 per week

Fixed Term Contract until March 2024
We're looking for an exceptional
Project Assistant to provide administrative support to the Operational Teams working on Clarion's externally funded programmes.
You'll cover a range of duties such as data entry, event support, quality checks,customer service surveys, organising training and other administrative tasks.
Your other main duties will include: Uploading customer data and supporting documentations to our Love London Working or Community Investment Databases- Produce and maintain accurate statistical information for returns and questionnaires
- Maintain an uptodate library, including statutory information, and any relevant information felt useful for the Team such as job opportunities and local employability events.
- Attend meetings and community events as may be required and support staff with outreach activities.
Alongside good numeracy, communication and IT skills, you should have relevant experience working in a similar role, ideally having worked in a European Social Funded Programme.
