Home based with access to Cardiff

Working Week:
37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:30

Salary:
Up to £13,700 per annum plus benefits & 25 days annual leave

About the role
As our new Communications Apprentice, you will be required to undertake a number of tasks within the department. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who has a willingness to learn and develop their administrative skills.


Key accountabilities:

To deliver consistently high levels of customer service when communicating with participants, Employers, and our supply chain partners.
To provide an exemplary first impression in this client facing role
Manage Employer relationships to a high standard, Data capture accurately and manage the database.
Provide feedback to our supply chain partners in a timely manner.
Resolving issues
Contributing to team responsibilities including writing job specifications, screening participants, supporting on events, training courses, and completing tracker forms
Undertake such additional duties as may be reasonably required, commensurate with the level of responsibility within the area.


About you


We are looking for someone with excellent organisational skills, exceptional attention to detail, experience in providing excellent telephone-based customer service and will be able to input data at speed and with a high degree of accuracy.

You


GCSE Grade C or 4 under the new grading system in Maths and English (or acceptable equivalent) or L2 Functional Skills.

Ability to communicate ideas and concepts effectively.
Experience of use with Microsoft Office - including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Concise and clear writing skills
An interest in design and computing.
A natural problem solver, with an enthusiastic attitude.
A team player.


Things to consider
It is essential that you can travel daily to Cardiff at times for work.

You are required to complete assessments as part if the recruitment process.
