About the role

An exciting opportunity to join VMO2 to support on ER projects across the business This is an 18-month FTC


The ER partner will lead on ER owned change initiatives as well as providing ER governance to business change programs across VMO2.

This will include, working with senior stakeholders to provide advice on the policy and legislative implications of proposed business changes as well as identifying risks and understanding the overall ER impact of proposed change initiatives.


The role will require strong ER experience, gained from either a specialist ER role or in a generalist business partnering capacity, and must include an understanding of relevant employment law and associated people processes, in order to identify opportunities for transformation as well as enable the implementation of business change.


The role would also benefit from someone with previous project management experience, either gained in an ER capacity or in a different role.

The must haves

In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;- Proven ER experience, with knowledge of working within a large complex organisation- Experience of delivering on ER projects, working with different partners and unions- In depth understanding of current ER legislation and policies including redundancy and TUPE processes

We'd also love you to bring;- Partnering experience with the ability to build solid relationships- Project management abilities
