Up to £12.20 p/h

Job Details:


  • Support Worker (No experience required)
  • Working for a wellestablished organisation that specialises in support for children and young people within OFSTEDregulated care homes.
  • Supporting young people with severe and profound communication difficulties associated with conditions such as cerebral palsy, autism, brain injury and degenerative disorders.
  • Supporting young people aged between 91
  • Provide therapeutic support, working towards positive outcomes for all young people
  • Work within a staff team of support workers, seniors, deputy managers and a registered manager
  • Ensure all support given meets OFSTED standards
  • Support children and young within the home and in the community
  • Arranging and taking part in activities
  • Managing, updating and following care plans
  • The home is based in Royston.

Pay Details:

- £ £12.20 p/h
- £1500 Welcome bonus


Contract Details:


  • Fulltime, permanent contract
  • 4 Week Rota pattern
  • 40 hours a week
  • Full time or parttime flexible hours available
