Supply Chain Administrator (Salary dependent on experience)


Reporting to:
Operations Manager

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Demand data entry orders and forecasts
  • Build/book shipments on internal and external portals
  • Day to day first point of contact for all customers
  • Monitor shipping updates from daily Production meetings
  • Booking in deliveries
  • Handle incoming customer service/sales calls
  • Maintain/replenish daily Warehouse Management System reports
  • Maintain traceability records for audit purposes
  • Problem solve and respond to stock enquiries
  • Carry out any ad hoc administrative duties
  • Release orders/pick lists from the Warehouse Management System
  • Comply with company policies and Health & Safety procedures

Skills required

  • Excel experience (desirable)
  • Warehouse Management Systems experience (preferred)
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Good attention to detail and time management
  • Enthusiasm and desire to learn and excel
  • Organisational and management skills are essential
  • Polite and approachable

Job Type:
Permanent


Salary:
£22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

Supply Chain Operations: 2 years (preferred)
