Supply Chain Administrator (Salary dependent on experience)Reporting to:
Operations Manager
Duties & Responsibilities
- Demand data entry orders and forecasts
- Build/book shipments on internal and external portals
- Day to day first point of contact for all customers
- Monitor shipping updates from daily Production meetings
- Booking in deliveries
- Handle incoming customer service/sales calls
- Maintain/replenish daily Warehouse Management System reports
- Maintain traceability records for audit purposes
- Problem solve and respond to stock enquiries
- Carry out any ad hoc administrative duties
- Release orders/pick lists from the Warehouse Management System
- Comply with company policies and Health & Safety procedures
Skills required
- Excel experience (desirable)
- Warehouse Management Systems experience (preferred)
- Good Communication Skills
- Good attention to detail and time management
- Enthusiasm and desire to learn and excel
- Organisational and management skills are essential
- Polite and approachable
Job Type:
Permanent
Salary:
£22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
Supply Chain Operations: 2 years (preferred)
