Meraki Talent are working with an award winning Financial Services firm, who are looking for a Controls Associate to join their existing team.

Working within the Operations Control team, you will be instrumental in reviewing controls, whilst ensuring adequate controls are part of processes across the wider business.

As part of this role you will be required to ensure processes are up to date, and make recommendations for operational improvements, within a strict control environment.


Ideally applicants should have come from a Financial Services background, where they have gained change management exposure within a risk and controls function.

This is a busy and demanding function, which will require applicants to be highly organised, with the ability to prioritise tasks, to ensure deadlines are met.

Initially a 12month fixed term appointment, with the possibility of extension.

Our client are adopting a hybrid approach to work, with 2 days office based.
