Our client a fourth-generation family-owned wholesale grocery business based on the outskirts of Cricklade is recruiting an Evening, Customer Service Administrator to join their small, friendly team.

This is an old fashioned Customer Service role, wherebuilding relationships is more important than volume of calls taken.


Due to location transport is necessary.

The day-to-day tasks will involve:


  • Taking inbound calls from both existing and new customers
  • Processing all orders on to the inhouse system in an accurate and timely manner
  • After a period of learning, being confident with product knowledge
  • Support customers with product advice as needed.
  • Build long term relationships with all customers.
  • A solid work history within some form of Customer Service role
  • Experience of building relationships
  • Strong accuracy and numeracy skills
