About the role:


  • Provide support to the Field Service Manager
  • Provide support to Field Service Technicians with information, changes and rescheduling
  • Schedule monthly routine service visits, including adhoc visits, with the ability to review and make changes where or when necessary. Achieving maximum planning efficiency.
  • Use CRM to generate daily service reports, prepare and upload RAMS, add detailed and accurate information for meticulous record keeping.
  • Ensuring accuracy of servicerelated documentation, including but not limited to processing service orders and invoices.
  • Schedule training for technicians
  • Maintain stock availability, ensuring all parts and equipment available for each task scheduled.
  • Document and maintain service department processes.
  • Liaise with all departments across the Company.
  • Creating agenda for service meeting and recording of minutes.

About you:


Essential qualifications and experience:

  • Experience in a similar role, providing administration support to a field service team
  • Strong skills with Microsoft Office, in particular Outlook, Excel, with experience using Microsoft Dynamics CRM; in addition, some knowledge of Sage 50/200 would be beneficial.
  • Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Detail oriented, methodical, and focused.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good geographical knowledge an advantage

Desirable:

  • Experience within the gas detection industry or closely related discipline e.g., a manufacturing environment

Salary:
£20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
