Tasks

Prospect potential clients in the real estate industry to generate new business opportunities
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the commercial property market
Negotiate lease agreements and sales contracts on behalf of clients
Maintain relationships with existing clients and provide ongoing support and guidance
Stay informed about local zoning laws, building codes, and other regulations that may impact commercial property transactions

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years experience in commercial real estate brokerage or residential estate agency
Strong understanding of local real estate market trends
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proven track record of successful property transactions
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
