We are recruiting for a Contract Communications Specialist to join our Business Change team in Bristol on a contract basis for 6 months.

The communications specialist will support communications across a number of projects within our strategic portfolio.

The role will focus on ensuring that TLT staff and clients are kept informed about the portfolio and support the change management elements of project delivery.


Your Role:

As a Contract Communications Specialist your day to day remit includes:

  • Working with the Change Managers and Project Managers on each of the strategic portfolio projects to maintain a portfolio level comms schedule.
  • Creating and publishing articles across multiple corporate channels including on the firm's intranet to ensure staff awareness of activity
  • Producing creative digital internal communications content and, where necessary, working with external agencies to manage endtoend delivery.
  • Supporting change communications to key stakeholders across the firm to support successful implementation, adoption and embedding.
  • Writing external project communications, where required, to inform our clients and external partners on projects that are relevant to them

Your Skills and Experience:


  • Preferably 2+ years internal communications experience within a corporate environment:
  • researching, writing, producing and editing engaging and innovative content
- working on projects and producing change communication

  • Experience writing for different audiences, at a variety of levels
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and good judgment; able to build rapport with people at all levels of seniority.
  • A confident and persuasive communicator who can adapt their style for different channels and audiences.
  • Strong attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing demands in a fastpaced environment.
  • A creative mindset matched with an ability to deliver new initiatives in a complex corporate environment.
