Position Overview:
We seek a qualified Part-Time HR Generalist/People Manager to join our team for 2.5 or 3 days per week.
This role ensures efficient business operation by blending administrative support with HR guidance across various functions.Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment processes and manage administrative tasks for onboarding new hires, including the management of new employment contracts and agreements.
- Provide HR advisory services to employees and support with any employee relations issues.
- Backup for payroll and benefits administration.
- Maintain holiday entitlement records.
- Update company policies handbook.
- Coordinate biannual performance reviews.
- Administer training initiatives.
- Manage employee recognition programs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related discipline.
- Associate membership of CIPD.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong problemsolving abilities.
- Familiarity with digital HR platforms.
- Attention to detail.
- Knowledge of UK employment law.
