Description
Duties:
- Creating hiring strategies
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Assist with general office tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Manage and update company databases and spreadsheets
- Provide administrative support to the team as needed
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
Qualifications:
- 3 Years minimum experience in Recruitment
- Previous experience in an administrative role preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Familiarity with Google Suite is a plus
- Ability to type quickly and accurately
- Knowledge of computerized systems for record keeping
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

Pay:
£22,425.00-£25,993.00 per year
