Description

Duties:


  • Creating hiring strategies
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Assist with general office tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
  • Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Manage and update company databases and spreadsheets
  • Provide administrative support to the team as needed
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner

Qualifications:


  • 3 Years minimum experience in Recruitment
  • Previous experience in an administrative role preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
  • Familiarity with Google Suite is a plus
  • Ability to type quickly and accurately
  • Knowledge of computerized systems for record keeping
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

Pay:
£22,425.00-£25,993.00 per year
