• Perform tree maintenance tasks such as pruning, trimming, and shaping trees
• Conduct tree removals and stump grinding
• Assess tree health and provide recommendations for treatment or removal
• Operate and maintain power tools and equipment used in tree care
• Safely climb trees using ropes, harnesses, and other necessary equipment
• Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or questions from clients
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient completion of projects

• Previous experience as an arborist or in a related field preferred
• Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to operate power tools safely
• Knowledge of groundskeeping, gardening, and irrigation techniques
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Physical fitness and ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting heavy objects and climbing trees
• Familiarity with hand tools commonly used in arboriculture
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
