£67,000 - £80,000


Our client is a leading firm specializing in providing comprehensive property services to portfolio landlords, property developers, and Local Authorities in the region.

Responsibilities:


  • Conducting detailed building surveys and inspections for a variety of properties, including residential, commercial, and public buildings.
  • Providing expert advice on property acquisition, development, maintenance, and refurbishment projects.
  • Preparing comprehensive reports outlining findings, recommendations, and cost estimates.
  • Liaising with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met effectively and efficiently.
  • Undertaking dilapidation assessments, party wall matters, and other related services as required.
  • Keeping abreast of industry regulations, standards, and best practices to ensure compliance and deliver highquality service.

Requirements:


  • Chartered status with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
  • Proven experience in building surveying, preferably within a similar role or environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge and proficiency in conducting building surveys and inspections.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • A proactive approach to problemsolving and decisionmaking.
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various locations as required.
