Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through cold calling, networking and referrals and support communications with clients during the presales/project execution process.
  • Cooperate with the Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure toptier delivery of our product.
  • Analyse customers' requirements and understand their needs to create the project that will bring value to them
  • Demonstrate the ability to address each customer's and partner's unique inquiry, while providing them with the proper information and appropriate solution based on the customer's specific needs and interests.
  • Develop business plans appropriate to business needs and assigned geography. Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to postsales support, exceeding quarterly sales goals.
  • Collaborated with technical and operational teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Developed and maintained strong relationships with key decisionmakers, resulting in high customer retention rate.
  • Identify markets and opportunities for sales Generate leads and bring on new customers.
  • Execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company's global reach.
  • Work closely with senior management to identify, qualify and close sales of varying value.
Requirements/ Technical Skills

  • Experience in conducting product demonstrations.
  • 3 years+ of experience in sales in a software and IT Technology domain.
  • Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing ideally with success rate at levels of sales quota.
  • Excellent understanding of SaaS systems and proven record of learning and demonstrating them in a sales environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, Sales Executive, SaaS, B2B,B2C sales.
  • Degree level education.
  • Professional product sales experience or servicerelated industries, preferably with software licensing experience.
  • Technical knowledge of various software sales techniques and technology (CRM, Ticketing support system).

Salary:
£27,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
