Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Treatment Coordinator. As a Treatment Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing the treatment process for our dental clinic. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, financial management abilities, and the ability to supervise and coordinate treatment plans.
Responsibilities:
- working through the new patient lead generation system and contact prospective patients and get them booked in.
- have a strong enough understanding of possible dental treatments, costs and process to educate a prospective patient and advise them of their proposed treatment journey
- Manage the treatment process for our patients, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of care
- Coordinate appointments and treatment schedules for patients
- Communicate with clients regarding treatment plans, costs, and payment options
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns
- Collaborate with dentists and other staff members to ensure seamless coordination of treatments
- Oversee the financial aspects of treatment plans, including billing, insurance claims, and payment collection
- Supervise and train support staff in treatment coordination procedures
- Maintain accurate records of treatments, appointments, and client communications
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and staff members
- Proficient in financial management, including billing and insurance claims processing
- Ability to supervise and coordinate treatment plans for optimal patient care
- Knowledge of dental procedures and terminology is preferred
Salary:
£28,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
