Job Overview:
**Job Specific Responsibilities
- Ticket & board management within CRM software
- Raising bookings for engineers' time
- Creating support reports
- Responding to engineer's proactive visit reports and recommendations
- Creating adhoc reports on request
- Managing technical diaries
- Respond to technical booking escalations
- Managing mailbox and responding to queries
- Aid technical recruitment
- Monitor work lifecycles from scheduling, time entry to completion
- Proactive monitoring of service boards and chase status of tickets
- Complete specific department training issued when required
- Complete HR, Security, Health & Safety and assigned training (provided through elearning training portal
- Encourage and support Trident's culture of security and privacy
- Display an understanding of Trident's policies and procedures including its Information Management System (IMS) and Information Security Management System (ISMS)
