Job Overview:

**Job Specific Responsibilities

  • Ticket & board management within CRM software
  • Raising bookings for engineers' time
  • Creating support reports
  • Responding to engineer's proactive visit reports and recommendations
  • Creating adhoc reports on request
  • Managing technical diaries
  • Respond to technical booking escalations
  • Managing mailbox and responding to queries
  • Aid technical recruitment
  • Monitor work lifecycles from scheduling, time entry to completion
  • Proactive monitoring of service boards and chase status of tickets
**General Trident Responsibilities

  • Complete specific department training issued when required
  • Complete HR, Security, Health & Safety and assigned training (provided through elearning training portal
  • Encourage and support Trident's culture of security and privacy
  • Display an understanding of Trident's policies and procedures including its Information Management System (IMS) and Information Security Management System (ISMS)
