We are recruiting for an Administrator/ Health and Safety Support, to join our growing Health & Safety team, based in Worcestershire.
The main responsibility of an Administrator/ Health and Safety Support at Direct Safety, an NFP Company, is to provide administrationsupport; including preparing health & safety documents for clients, dealing with consultant requests and assisting with SSIP accreditations.
We would be looking to train and develop this employee, with aim to progress to a Health & Safety Consultant.
Overview of duties:
- Preparing Policies and health & safety documents for Clients
- Printing and binding
- Filing
- Dealing with Consultants requests
- Basic health & safety tasks (Updating documents, assisting with SSIP accreditations etc.)
- Working on documents to improve visual style
- Basic bookkeeping and advantage
- Liaising with Clients and developing strong relationships.
Person specification:
Knowledge, skills and abilities:
- Minimum of 2 years experience within a similar administration role
- Basic knowledge and understanding of health & safety
- Strong customer service skills good at building and maintaining strong relationships
Education/ experience:
- BA or BS degree preferred or equivalent experience
- NEBOSH Certificate or NVQ is desirable but not essential

Salary:
Competitive depending upon experience
Hours: 35 hours Monday - Friday
Location:
Hagley -Worcestershire (office based)
