This is a fixed-term contract. Please note this position requires you to be office-based 4 days a week at our EMEA HQ in Hammersmith, London.

Job Title:
Content Protection Coordinator
The content protection team is responsible for assisting reviews of clients' technical platforms to ensure they have the required technology in place to keep content secure. This position will report into the Manager of Content Protection and is responsible for coordinating the daily workload of technical audits of transactional, affiliate, and content distribution deals. This role provides an essential service to the business in keeping them updated on technical review statuses and forward planning for deals.
The role is pivotal in the team to ensure all information needed from internal stakeholders and clients is received in a timely manner.The Opportunity & Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain detailed records within existing and new systems and ensure technical records are properly kept for easy reference.
  • Initial review of client technical questionnaires and follow up for any missing information.
  • Coordinate and deliver regular reports and critical metrics.
  • Maintain internal workflow, FAQ, and training documents for the team and internal customers.
  • Proactively communicate with clients for technical updates as needed.
The Experience We Require From
You:
  • Excellent communication skills, written and oral.
  • Good understanding of MS Office products
  • Basic understanding of content protection technologies.
  • Familiarity with digital distribution methods and business models preferred.
