- The Client -
This company is a rapidly growing business with global reach and international offices.

The company specialises in AI-based software to protect against cyber attacks, has recorded brilliant profits in recent years, and has recently been tasked with providingsecurity for large-scale, international events.

Due to increasing workload they have now decided to bring on another team member, and are looking for a Legal Counsel to add to the team


Responsibilities:


  • Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, focusing on tech and software agreements, as well as licensing, distribution, data, and advertising agreements
  • Supporting legal projects across the business
  • Advising teams within the company on matters impacted by legal considerations
