Description

Duties:


  • Greet guests as they arrive and assist with checkin and checkout procedures
  • Provide information about local attractions, restaurants, and events
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure guest rooms are clean and wellmaintained
  • Manage guest requests for additional amenities or services

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
