Who are we?

We are a Manchester based civil engineering and utility services group, continuing our major expansion plans in 2023 targeting a strengthening of its workforce by up to 20%.

Bethell, which has operated in the Northwest for over 150 years, has a significant number of framework contracts with the Utility sector, Local Authorities and key infrastructure clients.

What are we looking for?
Bethell are now on the lookout for an apprentice to join our busy and expanding Transport & Plant division.

This will be in a busy and fast-paced environment, so time management, punctuality and support is key to this role.

What will you role include?

As our new apprentice, you will be a key member of an integral support function to the Group and to our clients.

You will assist with the maintenance and safety of our plant and transport fleet, and provide support to tracking and security data from each asset.

As part of the Transport department, you will learn how to action defects and damages on each vehicle, and ensure these are rectified in a timely fashion and recorded accordingly.

This will give you the experience needed to successfully build your career within our transport division. You will also be assisting with Tachograph analysis as per legislation and follow through any defect procedure. Ultimately, you will provide extensive support to your Manager and the Support Services Team.

£10,000.00-£16,000.00 per year
