Description
Administrator (PART-TIME ROLE)
Responsibilities:
- Welcoming customers/internal contacts
- Managing stock control
- Selling products (phones, laptops, pcs and etc.)
- General office duties as and when required and carry out administration duties
- Making invoices, dealing with documents
- To follow the procedures and processes laid down by the organisation.
- To file reports and other documentation in the line with the requirements of the organisation
- Adding products on the website
- Creating posts for Facebook and Instagram
- Selling products through Facebook Marketplace and the website
Requirements:
- Have Bachelor's degree or higher
- Minimum 1 year of experience
- Have administration experience within an office environment and reception experience preferred
- Fluent English
- Knowledge of WordPress admin panel and POS system
- Be friendly and approachable, discreet and confidential
- Be able to work on own initiative, prioritise and manage workloads
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels
- Good computer literacy, proficient in the use of Microsoft Office

Salary:
£20,319.00-£22,500.00 per year
Supplemental pay types:
