We now have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional leader to join our passionate team of people, where you can make a real impact and drive us forward commercially whilst retaining all those things which sets us apart.


Working alongside our owners and your Department Heads, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the business, strengthening all aspects of our operational proposition and delivering the Companys strategic vision.

Your inspirational leadership and high emotional intelligence will play a pivotal role in guiding our 200+ team members, ensuring a unified direction whilst sustaining and building on our growth and success.

You will have a proven understanding of all areas of Holiday Park operations.

Leverage your extensive experience with P&L, resource and labour planning, KPIs and guest experience indicators to ensure strong financial performance and alignment to our business goals.

Your strategic mindset will drive continuous improvement in our offerings, creating an environment that not only meets but exceeds guest expectations in terms of overall experience and safety.

On a personality note, you will be highly engaging, professional and possesses a genuine passion for maintaining exceptional service and operational standards.

We will give you full support, but there are a couple of things we need:

  • Previous experience in a similar role and/or proven experience as a Holiday Park General Manager
  • Experience of running a £10m+ multi faceted business
  • Experience in building and developing high performing teams fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Flexibility with ability to work weekends and bank holidays
