Job summary

Are you a hungry, driven Sales professional with a passion for chasing and closing new business? Do you want to take cutting-edge LED illumination solutions into some of the world's most advanced industries? If so, we want to talk to you.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and convert high-value new OEM accounts in target markets including machine vision, industrial inspection, and automation
  • Build trusted relationships with decision-makers at leading OEMs to forge long-term commercial relationships and recurring revenue
  • Represent the business on the global stage, from APAC to the US, attending trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings (travel ca.10 weeks/year)
  • Prepare and deliver reports on market trends, pipeline development, and strategic outcomes
  • Collaborate internally to shape bespoke solutions and execute strategic growth plans
  • Become a visible industry presence, ensuring the business remain front of mind for customisable imaging unit solutions

Qualifications

  • At least 1-2 years' experience in business development, technical sales, or OEM partnerships within semi-conductors, materials science, machine vision, optics, imaging, instrumentation or closely related
  • The energy, tenacity, and ambition to open doors and close deals
  • The ability to work from Andover HQ 2 days per week, with international travel flexibility
