Macildowie are actively seeking a Credit Controller to work for an expanding business based in
Nottingham City Centre.


This is a full time position working Monday to Friday,
hybrid working available (3 days in the office and 2 from home).


Initially this is an interim position for a minimum of 3 months, potential to extend.


Salary will be £ £15.00 per hour depending on experience.


Ideally we are looking for an experienced credit controller that is capable to work independently and be comfortable arranging meetings with the funders to resolve issues.

If you have experience using XERO this will be beneficial but not essential.


Key Responsibilities and Duties include:


  • Assist with some billing processes and follow up credit control work.
  • Identifying what hasn't yet been billed.
  • Working out how to bill this and where it needs sending to.
  • Communicating with the external council/CCG in order to collect the payment asap.
  • Clearing aged debt.
  • Looking at the process of billing and streamlining.
  • Reconciliation of invoices.
  • Investigating queries and liaising with the team.
