Description

A Personal Support Assistant is required to work in a village near Filey, on a casual basis to support a young man with autism who lives with his family.

We are looking for a physically active, kind, patient, clearly spoken, non smoking PA.

The applicant must be able to be hands on supporting the young man with his interests and enjoyment of his hobbies and in time with some of his excursions.

The applicant must have competence, knowledge and experience of diy, general household maintenance, gardening and allotmenteering.

Must have a full driving licence, be able to drive an automatic car, enjoy walking and sports.

Please note that there is a large friendly dog in the home.

Current rate of pay £12.00 per hour.

A DBS would be required for this position.
