Our client, a local authority based in the North West, is seeking a Housing and Prosecutions Lawyer to join their team for a period of 3 months initially, with the view to contract being extended.
Our client is looking for a Solicitor that has a strongand demonstrated interest in doing both housing and prosecutions.The caseload will include, but will not be limited to:
- Possessions
- Disrepair
- Homelessness
- ASB
- Benefit fraud
- Enforcement notices
