Are you passionate about supporting children with special educational needs?

Do you have experience working in a school setting or a similar environment?


If you answered yes to these questions, then we have an exciting opportunity for you We are looking for a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to work full time in a school in Thatcham.

The school caters for students aged 4-11 with a range of needs, such as autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and speech and language difficulties.

As an LSA, you will work closely with the class teacher and other staff to provide individualised support and guidance to the students.

You will also help to create a positive and stimulating learning environment where the students can thrive and achieve their potential.

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

  • A relevant qualification or experience in working with children with special educational needs.
  • A positive and proactive attitude
  • A flexible and adaptable approach
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
  • An enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain one.
