We are looking to recruit an organised, trustworthy, and motivated individual to work as an Accounts Assistant within our accounts & administration team to cover maternity
Key responsibilities will include:
- Helping with Reconciling Daily Banking and Bank Statement.
- Various Postings to client files
- Creating and processing a variety of payments using online banking system.
- Processing customer Payments through the PDQ machine.
- Tracking Staff sick for the firm
- Data Input
- Petty cash and collecting money from local bank
- Stationery Orders
- Assisting with processing completions
- Some reception cover when needed
- Filing and General office tasks
Strong attention to detail and a team player.
Good IT Skills, particularly MS Office including Excel.
Have a Full Driver's License and access to a car as required to go to the local bank occasionally
Details:
37 hours per week
Salary:
Dependent on experience and qualification.
23 days' holiday plus statutory bank holidays.

£18,739.76-£22,575.00 per year
