Description

We are looking to recruit an organised, trustworthy, and motivated individual to work as an Accounts Assistant within our accounts & administration team to cover maternity

Key responsibilities will include:


  • Helping with Reconciling Daily Banking and Bank Statement.
  • Various Postings to client files
  • Creating and processing a variety of payments using online banking system.
  • Processing customer Payments through the PDQ machine.
  • Tracking Staff sick for the firm
  • Data Input
  • Petty cash and collecting money from local bank
  • Stationery Orders
  • Assisting with processing completions
  • Some reception cover when needed
  • Filing and General office tasks
Keen to learn,

Strong attention to detail and a team player.

Good IT Skills, particularly MS Office including Excel.

Have a Full Driver's License and access to a car as required to go to the local bank occasionally


Details:


37 hours per week

Salary:
Dependent on experience and qualification.

23 days' holiday plus statutory bank holidays.

Full time, Temporary to Cover Maternity but may become permanent

Salary:
£18,739.76-£22,575.00 per year
