We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to join a team of dedicated professionals. This is a full-time, temporary position with the added benefit of hybrid working.
As a Finance Assistant, you will be actively accountable for raising sales invoices in a timely manner for salary recharges.
You will be responsible for reviewing and reconciling outstanding charges, ensuring accuracy, and bringing any significant issues to the attention of the Financial Accountant.
You will have a strong attention to detail to prepare and maintain records of payments and receipts.Your reconciliation experience and high level of accuracy will be put to good use as you perform any other ad-hoc duties as required.
This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your accounting and finance skills and gain invaluable experience in the industry.You will need to have accounts experience, a high level of accuracy, and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Finance Assistant Responsibilities:
- Raising sales invoices in a timely manner for salary recharges
- Reviewing and reconciling outstanding charges
- Bringing significant issues to the attention of the Financial Accountant
- Posting financial journals if necessary
- Ensuring regular, accurate, and timely payments are made
- Actively pursuing and progressing any queries regarding
- Preparing and maintaining records
