Salary:
£80,000-£90,000 base


Annual bonus:

Seeking BFS consulting professionals in the UK to join a global leader in Information Technology and Consulting Services as a Wealth and Asset Management Manager.

This opportunity gives you the chance to join a close-net, entrepreneurial team of around 15people in a technology company that employs over 340,000 people worldwide.


Ideally we are looking for someone with a minimum of 9 years professional experience years and a solid consulting background, with a good understanding of Financial Services and the Wealth and Asset Management Industry.

As a Wealth and Asset Management Manageryou will be making a significant contribution to BFS practice through sector experience, delivery support and client engagement, with team management and strategic ideas.

Skills and Experience Necessary for a Wealth and Asset Management Manager:

  • Performed Senior Business Analysis / Functional Consultant roles on business and technology transformation programmes with Wealth and/or Asset Management firms
  • Previous consulting experience is essential, with all the soft skills necessary for a successful consulting career
  • Understanding of business and technical requirements, and how these can differ
  • Understanding of the changes in wealth and asset management like partnership ecosystems, emerging technologies (AI, ML, Blockchain), new business models (open banking marketplace).
  • Experience of leading a small team before
  • Have a strategic mind to help clients business and technology problems, and able to create execution roadmaps to implement changes
  • Experience of working in a global delivery environment
  • Experience of developing new consulting capabilities and taking these to market

Development of practice:

  • Leading capability development, knowledge management and solution development practice activities
  • Contribute to thought leadership assets
  • A good leader, line manager and mentor to other consultants
