Shift patterns:
Monday - Friday

Work pattern: 08:00-17:00

The key responsibilities in this role include:

  • A good understanding of operational processes
  • Able to communicate at all levels
  • Able to work in a demanding environment
  • Driving licence essential as you may need to visit other HMP sites in the area
  • Are flexible in approach to work, and work effectively as part of a team, providing support in resolving problems and have a can do, right first time and passionate approach
  • To ensure operational KPI's are met and exceeded
  • Be able to work in a prison environment
  • To reconcile stock levels
  • To look at projects / initiatives for continuous improvement
  • Managing a group of Prisoners in a work environment
