NEMI Teas is a specialist London-based tea company that offers a variety of Organic teas to the food-service industry.

We also provide employment to refugees to give them local work experience and job readiness skills to enter the UK workforce and help them integrate into broader society.


Scope of the role:


Key Responsibilities:


  • Overall support for the CEO's inbox to maximise their effectiveness in managing the business.
  • Organising internal and external meetings across multiple clients and venues.
  • Organising national and international travel.
  • Providing support in and for meetings, such as preparation of reports, agendas and taking minutes.
  • Supporting with new client launches and sales pitches.

Key Attributes:


  • Significant proven experience as a Personal Assistant to a senior leader.
  • Excellent organisation, time management and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to quickly build relationships with internal & external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to be assertive and make a judgement call to say no, if required, and proactively propose solutions to help the CEO's time management and overall effectiveness.
  • Adaptable, able to respond in quick and solutionorientated manner in the face of evolving situations/priorities.
  • Able to handle confidential information in a trustworthy and discreet manner.
  • Advanced MS office skills particularly Word, Excel & PowerPoint.

£20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
