The Role
Due to our continued success here at Fortem, we are delighted to be recruiting for a Customer Experience Officer on an initial 6-9 month fixed term contract.

The Project
As a Customer Experience Advisor you will assist the Branch Support Manager to drive forward the customer experience strategy in branch
You will also:
Assist in creating the highest quality customer centered service via excellent complaint management Provide strategic analysis of Customer Satisfaction KPI's with regards to quality and service Ensure customer care practice is consistent across the contracts and workstreams Undertake delegated tasks and responsibilities in line with emerging needs and requirements that are appropriate to the customer experience Assist in monitoring and updating our React system and identify opportunities for improvement Liaise effectively with all areas of the branch allowing collaboration to improve customer service Engage with key stakeholders to ensure promote and drive the customer
Essential and Desirable Criteria
Essential:
- Able to breakdown complexity to articulate problems, ideas and solutions to different types of stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- engaging with client, customers and other stakeholders
- Genuine passion for high quality customer service
- Analytical skills on data
- Inter-Personal skills Desirable:
- Experience in Social Housing
- Experience in complaint handling
- Experience of delivering community investment projects
