Lisa Wright Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to work for a company based in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire.

The company are renowned in their field and pride themselves on providing a high level of service to their customers.

This would be a great opportunity for someone who is looking to transfer their retail or hospitality customer service experience into an office environment.


Hours available are:
Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm OR Tuesday to Saturday 9am to 5pm (Saturday working from home)

Customer Service Advisor duties will include:

  • Taking incoming customer calls
  • Contacting customers with service updates
  • Logging calls onto the computer systems
  • Supporting with general administration tasks.
To be considered for this Customer Service Advisor role you will need to be:

  • Experienced in working within a customer focused role
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workload
  • Confident problem solver
  • Competent in MS Office
