About The Role:

The People Operations Advisor is responsible for providing high quality, responsive people operations advisory support.

This is to ensure our team is proactively supported through the ongoing development of a progressive and positive culture with the overall goal of increasing levels of engagement, enablement and retention.

Reporting to the Senior People Operations Business Partner, you will work closely with line managers who have direct responsibility for the Consultants within the business.


This is a hybrid working, full time role, and will require weekly travel to the Leeds office with the occasional visit to our other offices nationwide.


Key Accountabilities include:


  • Supporting policies and procedures development and communication
  • Advising both individuals and line managers on policy and procedure, ensuring consistency with flexibility and pragmatism
  • Development of the Learning Management System in terms of content and effective delivery and engagement
  • Supporting the development and management of a people analytics capability matrix in order to deliver insightful analytics that can drive effective decision making
  • Supporting the POBP on people management processes and procedures (which includes both perm and contractor teams)
  • Supporting the ongoing development of a progressive and positive culture, increasing levels of engagement, enablement and retention by continuous improvement of processes and utilising tools and systems we have in place
  • Supporting the delivery of the wellbeing agenda, including absence management and proactive approaches to wellbeing support
  • Supporting in the development and delivery of the diversity and inclusion strategy

Skills and experience that you need:

  • A background in a HR operations environment with a good understand of the support areas above
  • CIPD qualified or working towards this
  • Demonstrable strong administrative and organisational experience to work effectively in a fastpaced collaborative team
  • Demonstrable ability to provide high quality HR advice and responsive service to the business
  • Organised and able to prioritise effectively with strong attention to detail, including multitasking and problem solving
  • A dynamic, cando and pragmatic approach as we continue to growing at pace
