We are currently recruiting for a leading building services design consultancy based in Belfast


Our client is currently seeking to hire an experienced BIM Manager to work on a variety of commercial, residential and industrial projects.


This role will involve leading BIM activities within the Belfast office, coordinating and managing BIM deliverables on MEP building services projects across UK and Ireland.

This role will involve managing an offshore BIM group that is tasked with producing BIM models and coordination. You will be responsible for QA of all BIM tasks within the Belfast office.


You will already be working in a building services BIM environment, with specific knowledge and experience of the BIM challenges on MEP projects.
