About the role

???????Responsibilities

  • Prepare and develop learning materials and assignments in adherence to CDS DS ISO documentation.
  • Assisting the Training Operations Lead in managing training resources.
  • Course setup including classrooms and practical exercises.
  • Online exam moderation and implementation.
  • To provide accurate information and reports relating to the progression and performance of delegates during training.
  • Marking of written and practical assessments in accordance with the provided marking guides.
  • Liaison with staff and management to ensure coordination between offthejob and onthe job training.
  • To act as necessary in other ways to assist the organisation / customer to meet its objectives.
  • Complete induction for new learners and delegates as required.
  • Deliver technical training and assessments in accordance with the policy and procedures of Ubi-Tech and awarding bodies in house and offsite.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of courses including by keeping abreast of developments in related fields.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience

  • A suitable training qualification that will allow you to teach adults to the standard required.
  • Experience in delivering and designing technical training.
  • Experience in developing training materials including the exploitation of Technology Enhanced Learning.
  • Knowledge of Methods and Media selection and products.
  • A team player with respect for colleagues and customers, and with a drive to establish, maintain and develop working relationships based on confidence, trust and respect.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with others, including technical specialists and Subject Matter Experts, and to build positive relationships with individuals and between teams.
  • Strong problem solving, decision making and people influencing skills.
  • Holding, or capable of achieving, a minimum of SC security clearance.
  • A clear and confident communicator, verbally and in writing, and a practitioner in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • A valid, full UK driving licence.

Desirable / Preferred

  • Experience of working as a Trainer both in and outside the Defence sector.
  • A track record of customer facing business achievement.???????
