We as Venture Connect Group are a young, dynamic
direct sales and marketing company who are rapidly expanding throughout the country and direct marketing industry.


We are currently looking to grow our
field sales team with bright, talented individuals with bounds of ambition, who are looking to start or continue a rewarding career within Sales to begin as soon as possible.

What is required of you?
Nothing scary

We aren't looking for a specific degree, however, previous experience in a sales role would be advantageous.

We want individuals who are going to strive to do their best and are eager to expand their capabilities.

As a company we are really sociable, arranging weekly team nights, special events for hitting office goals.

So although having a sense of humour isn't mandatory, it will make it easier to break the ice


Requirements of the Sales Assistant
Our Managing Director came from an entirely different industry, so no-one is out of the question

We are looking for individuals who:

  • Are
    self-motivated, hard-working people with excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Have the ability to work towards monthly sales
    targets:
  • Are positive,
    enthusiastic and reliable
  • Enjoy being a
    team player and are willing to support the team
  • Are
    empathetic; can build a great rapport with clients and customers alike
  • Are confident in their
    decision making (once settled)
  • Are well
    organised and logical with their thinking
  • Can be a good
    multitasker
Weekly pay ranging from £350 and commissions depending on performance.

**Please note that this is NOT an office based nor a call centre role.
