Description

EBL GROUP is currently seeking two highly motivated and organized trainee Estimator/ Surveyors to join our team.

And assist our Senior Surveyors you will be responsible for helping and assisting the running of Insurance work in domestic properties.

This a great opportunity for the right person and will be guided by experienced Surveyors.

Duties include but are not limited to:

Assist in the preparation of estimates for all phases of the construction process

Prepare estimates,
Prepare schedule of works by way of schedule of rates

- taking photographs taking measurements
- visiting customers
- reports on status of jobs
- liaising with men customers and their Manager
- getting costs of sub contractors

Following the full claim journey from start to completion of the project.
Ordering materials and sourcing specialist trades

Qualifications:

Must have a good interest in Construction and wish to gain further qualifications to become a Surveyor

Must have good appearance and a professional manner

Must be able to drive and have own transport mileage will be paid

Pay:
£12.50-£14.00 per hour
