    Description

    Job Title: Legal Counsel - GTM

    Suitable for a qualified Solicitor in England and Wales with relevant experience including drafting and negotiations, some exposure to litigation and arbitration.

    Key Accountabilities:

    • Advising on key decisions about legal strategies and commercial risks which affect the business.
    • Drafting and negotiating distribution contract matters of high value and complexity.
    • Selecting external legal counsel globally and managing their output.
    • Supporting the development of direct customer terms and relationships on high value products and services.
    • Coordinating with the in-house litigation team on disputes, arbitrations or litigation.

    Requirements:

    • Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales (or acceptable international equivalent).
    • Demonstrable relevant experience.
    • High commercial acumen with confidence to challenge and question where needed.
    • Ability to quickly assimilate and analyse legal advice across multiple jurisdictions.
