Operations Processor (parcel sorter)

Pay between 08.00am -19.

00pm:
£12.31per hour

Pay between 19.00pm am: £14.81 per hour

Pay Saturdays:Additional
£1 per hour

Pay Sundays:Additional
£2 per hour

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Scanning and processing all incoming parcels
Sorting parcels by hand
Observing Health & Safety Rules and keeping warehouse clean
Bagging and labelling parcels for delivery

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE

The ability to prioritise and have an eye for detail
Manual lifting of shipments is required
Good communication skills written and verbal
The ability to demonstrate great team work

As this role is connected to a major UK airport applicants must be willing for Avtav to complete the following process on their behalf in line with Aviation Security Regulations.

International criminal record check for periods over 6 months
Relevant Aviation security training completed in house by Avtav (not cost to applicant)
