Description

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Promote company to existing and potential customers
  • Manage or create a customer database
  • Process customer orders
  • Deal with customer queries
  • Deal with queries and order stock for certain products
  • Develop accounts
  • Process specials and directs
  • Answer calls
  • To assist and serve on the Trade Counter when required i.e. covering when the counter is busy, holidays and absenteeism etc.
  • Work closely with other departments including transport, warehouse and accounts
  • Carry out other duties which fall within reasonable expectations of the role
  • To adhere to Health and Safety standards according to the company policy for both customers, colleagues and yourself
  • To attend work clean, smart and dressed appropriately for your role
  • Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
  • Work in a team and on their own.
  • Enthusiasm and a want to learn.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Working to tight deadlines.
  • Computer literate.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
From £24,000.00 per year

  • 8 hour shift
