Overview

Responsibilities

  • Coverage of an agreed region or territory while identifying and developing HCP valuebased interactions using approved materials/media, along with company data and insights to proactively interact across primary and secondary care whilst ensuring alignment to national and regional launch strategy
  • Will ensure interactions are delivered with competency and quality building a strong differentiated approach to customer interactions to establish the brand and the company
  • To create, adapt and deliver on a welldefined business plan within budget and agreed timelines
  • To deliver key performance metrics including, sales goals, activity and other business metrics as deemed suitable
  • Use of Veeva Customer Relationship Management system to support planning, targeting, segmentation, sequential selling, territory analysis and administration to the desired level of quality
  • Provide periodic qualitative feedback on the effectiveness of communication and detailing support materials and on the main objections received from HCPs
  • Educate healthcare professionals on the safe, appropriate, and effective use of the product to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Identify HCPs with a special interest in Insomnia to support the advocacy of our customer's product and assess their importance to the local business

Job Requirements

  • Fulfils legal requirements for medical reps in the country e.g., ABPI


  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Life Sciences preferred
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Product launch experience desirable, especially in GP, CNS and/ or Neurology
  • Current relationships with HCPs with an interest in Insomnia, including Primary Care GPs, GPs with special interest, Nurses and Nurse Practitioners, and Psychiatrists and Neurologists will be a distinct advantage
  • Strong drive for achievement and willingness to challenge the status quo to deliver results
  • Outstanding territory business planning, management, and organisation skills, ensuring planning and administration are completed
