Kitchen Assistant
- Exciting Opportunity to work in a busy kitchen within a Nursing Home
- Full time position available
- Competitive Salary
- 30 Hours per week between the hours of 7am and 6pm
You will require;
- A respectful, courteous and compassionate nature and belief in giving your personal best at all times
- You will be passionate about food and understand the importance of good quality, home cooking to our residents
- Good communication skills
You will be responsible for;
- Assisting the chefs by keeping the Kitchen Clean and Tidy
- Assisting with deliverys, and managing stock rooms
- You will complete all necessary paperwork such as COSHH, HACPP, whilst adhering to company policies and procedures
- Operating the dishwasher
- Occasionally, you will help cater for ad hoc special events. These may include 100th birthday celebrations, summer BBQ's and Christmas parties.
Salary:
£9.60-£10.85 per hour
