Role:
Senior Health and Social Care Assessor
Are you passionate about supporting the development of others? If so, we want to hear from you.

The purpose of this role is to provide exceptional support and make a positive impact on the development of learners' skills.

You will be responsible for the coaching and mentoring of newly qualified or working towards assessors including any countersigning and observations as required.

Championing the use of our e-portfolio platform Smart Assessor to deliver engaging teaching, conduct thorough assessments, and closely monitor all aspects of teaching, learning and assessment.

You will effectively manage and build strong relationships with stakeholders, including learners and employers to support successful outcomes and positive results.

In addition, you will be responsible for maintaining a caseload of learners, supporting learner achievement, success, and planning, through effective planning, monitoring, and achievement of agreed performance targets.

What skills and experience are we looking for from potential applicants?
A minimum of level 3 QCF in Health & Social Care required.

Assessor qualification A1/TAQA is essential as is a minimum of 3 years' experience as a qualified health and social care assessor.

Working hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Hybrid working role.

Salary banding:
£28,000 - £30,000 dependant on qualifications, skills, and experience
